As the apparel instructor for PLC x New Balance Global Capsule Capstone, I lead bi-weekly classes following the New Balance Project Brief from initial concept through final presentation. This includes design thinking, consumer research, brand research, ideation, and CAD execution.

As the apparel and accessories instructor for PLC x Target’s Design for All certificate program, I lead bi-weekly classes following the Inclusive & Sustainable Futures brief from initial concept through final presentation. My role in this class heavily focused on ideation, execution of technical flats, and CADs using Adobe programs.
Educational Design Handouts
Through teaching online, I have developed an emphasis on creating accessible instructional resources that reinforce key concepts and support students as they build new skills. Below are two instructional handouts, Illustrator: Design Foundations and Photoshop: Design Foundations, which I use during the early stages of CAD instruction. These resources provide students with foundational knowledge of industry-standard software and design principles while serving as accessible references they can return to as they develop more advanced CAD skills and apply them to their own design work.
